Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Risv64 is a valid CPU architecture supported by the Go compiler since Go 1.15. Goreleaser seems to reject it.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to support riscv64 if we are compiling with Go 1.15 or above.
