Tests failing for ruby >= 2.4.6 #41

According to https://travis-ci.org/gorn/rspreadsheet/builds/536831690 tests are failing for ruby 2.4.6, 2.5 and 2.6, this is probably because minor incompabilities in bundler syntax, need to investigate, preferably while preserving compability with older ruby versions.

Resolved by recent commits, after 842862e this issue has been resolved.
