Перенести создание openapi.json из github pages на heroku, поддержав скрипт:
"build": "npm run docs:openapi"

Это значит что документация будет доступна на сервере Heroku, вместо текущих github pages. А генерация на стороне Heroku позволит делать ее более актуальной.
