нужен отдельный скрипт который запускает веб JSON-RPC сервер который оборачивает api/v2
https://github.com/sangaman/http-jsonrpc-server

По-умолчанию запросы выполняются через пользователя demo/demo. Если надо указывать клиента, то необходимо в хедерах передавать user_id и хэш pgp пароля

kong кажется оверхедом на данный момент.
остальное будет выполнено в #238
