Currently Komga handles the covers using the manually assigned one, taking the first image of the series or using the first image of the chapter you haven't read, that works for me in the comic to show the chapter I'm in (especially in tachiyomi), but in manga the chapters have no illustration so there is no way to illustrate the volume or arc I'm currently in so I will always see volume 1 as the cover and it wouldn't reflect which volume I'm actually reading.
Describe the solution you'd like
Recently it was added the possibility to upload several custom covers from the interface, the idea would be to be able to use those covers and assign them to change every certain range of chapters as for example (Cover #1=1>12 ) (Cover#2=13>20 ) changing according to the chapter that you find yourself illustrating the volume that is being read.
Describe alternatives you've considered or other apps that can do what you want
An option to change the cover of the series by range of chapters in the library, being configurable in each series individually in the poster section.
Additional context
Although one option would be to manually change the cover each time you change the volume, this would not be practical when reading several things at the same time.

but you would have to repeat a cover several times depending on the chapters, so a 20-chapter volume would have 20 repeated images, creating many unnecessary duplicates and making more work if you have many volumes.
