Charts embedded via Media WYSIWYG do not render to anonymous users.

This is because the markup is cached, and the govcms_ckan_display_attach_charts function does not run.

That means the required js libraries do not load, and the Drupal.settings.govcmsCkanDisplay.tableChartSelectors setting is not correctly set.
