Our users are trying to run commands such as:

$ pancake --set npmOrg yourOrg

and running into issues because pancake is not installed globally.

We could update our docs to something like:

npx pancake --set npmOrg @orgName

or

./node_modules/.bin/pancake --set npmOrg @orgName
