Handle Arrays of deps #198

Angular has the multi: true option for deps and the result is an array of providers i.e.

class MyComponent {

   constructor(strategies:Strategy[]) {
   }
   
   ...
}

which we'd like to handle by resulting in

const strategy = autoSpy(Strategy);
const strategies = [strategy];

...
build() {
    return new MyComponent(strategies)
}
