Python file path info in "files_dict" and "diff.filename_pre" can not match when I use improve mode

Expected Behavior

When I use improve mode,the open ai api could return code updated.But the updated code can not write into exist python file.I debug it, Python file path info in "files_dict" and "diff.filename_pre" can not match.
