Describe the problem
I have an issue when running native tests with the Maven plugin and JUnit 5.9.1. I am not sure if i am doing something wrong, so any help would be appreciated!

Running mvn -Pnative test fails with the following:

My understanding was that the plugin was handling some specific JUnit support, which is why i am not sure whether it's a bug or me doing something wrong.

To Reproduce
Pull repo https://github.com/gotson/sqlite-jdbc/tree/fix-native-test and run mvn -Pnative test with the proper GraalVM

The issue is caused by having the agent active in the plugin configuration. Disabling it makes the issue go away, but obviously also doesn't generate any config.

After some tests this seems to happen when the agent is active and the version of surefire is newer than 3.0.0-M5. From 3.0.0-M6 to the release version of 3.0.0 this error gets thrown. When surefire 3.0.0-M5 is used it appears to work.
