Task based docs on how to use modules

I suspect that a lot of customers don't realise what modules can help them with.

Module components such as module.file and module.git provide an easy way to reuse configuration across a fleet of Agents. Either all or parts of the Agent's config can be loaded remotely, providing a way to manage those Agents.

We need to document a task based doc which explains how to get started with this. We could potentially also write a tutorial, or maybe even a blog post?

Note that we should only write such docs after grafana/agent#5968 is merged.
