Certain events belonging to organization are missed

I've noticed after investigations that organization information might be missing for some events. Basically this line evaluates to true

devtools/pkg/archive/archive.go

if ge.Org == nil {

Solution seems to be to use the repository name, e.g. grafana/grafana, and check if it begins with <org>/.

This should be the main reason why it seems like a lot of events gone missing since end of 2019 for events of the grafana organization.
