Suggest changing names of CLI to make names shorter and easier to work with/execute.

github-archive-parser => gha-sync
Basically fetches events from gharchive.org, does some filtering and store the resulting events in a database. Therefore I think gha-sync is good name denoting synchronization.

github-event-aggregator => ghe-process
Read stored GitHub events from database and process them (creates view projections/GitHub statistics/activity) and store results in a database. Therefore I think ghe-process is good name denoting processing.

PR #6 adds a new CLI application called local-gharchive-server. I suggest renaming this to gha-serve.
