Should be easy to develop and test:

Would be nice to rebuild CLI application when changing/saving files
Would be nice with devenv/docker blocks for postgres and mysql
Would be nice with provisioning of datasources and dashboards in Grafana
Would be nice to use Grafonnet to generate dashboards instead of storing one set of mysql and one set of postgres dashboards
