As mentioned in this issue, NPM is not needed in our Docker image but it brings a lot of dependencies and their vulnerabilities (even though they are not exploitable through the image renderer). It would be best to remove NPM from our Docker image.

This will also require switching to Debian as I couldn't find any Alpine-based Node images that come without NPM.
