Getting the page Status Code on the Dashboard panel

But I could not find how to display the page status in the dashboard panel:

I don't understand how to implement the output of the availability of endpoints of different APIs with the status of the "help" REST page.
Access to REST is through authorization, so the implementation is only through this plugin, maybe:
