Gauge text scaling is broken #41

Like you see in the picture above, the text scaling on gauges is broken, so the value text overflows into the gauge graphic instead of scaling down

I'm seeing this also and it appears to be a side-effect of a chrome update, and different output for the viewport.

This will likely have to be fixed in Grafana core.

I'm looking into this as it affects fullscreen mode not "auto-fitting" dashboards correctly (Older versions (v6) do autofit correctly)
