Internal Data Links: Go & Typescript mismatch

TimeRange struct defined in field_config.go does not match the type expected by frontend where raw property is required. Frontend code assumes raw property is required, but plugins are not able to set it, effectively makes it impossible to use some functionalities (e.g. grafana/grafana#81306)
