Cannot connect to zabbix on the same server

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I've deployed nginx,zabbix and grafana on the same server, and install ssl certificate on nginx.
Now if I want to connect to zabbix using grafana, an "EOF" error will occur.
Nginx log shown as "FastCGI sent in stderr: "Primary script unknown" while reading response header from upstream, client: 10.10.0.207, server: zabbix.x.top, request: "GET /zabbix/api_jsonrpc.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php/zabbix.sock:", host: "zabbix.x.top""

Network data
If it's related to metric data visualization would be great to get the raw query and response for the network request (check this in browser dev tools network tab, there you can see metric requests, please include the request body and request response)
