Cache datapoints when kairos is failing #82

Current implementation:

kairos is working fine and data is being queried as expected, grafana gets data.
kairos suddenly fails, every graph depending on kairos' data goes dark.

What would be nice to have:

kairos is working fine and data is being queried as expected, grafana gets data, last fetched data gets cached
kairos suddenly fails, every graph depending on kairos' data only displays the latest cached data so that one can still see what happened before kairos died / failed.

Seeing a little history is still better than becoming blind.
