Error while initializing promtheus configmap, Node Exporter and Kube-State Metrics via Grafana

Hi All,

I am facing error while deploying the things mentioned in the subject line via grafana-kubernetes-app. As I am entering the correct details like TLS Client Auth (Client Cert and Client Key) and CA Cert from my kubernetes config file. As I am trying to deploy it I am getting error as :
Error
HTTP Error (502) Bad Gateway.

Second way I am also trying is setting up prometheus in grafana GUI and then mapping its name once we deploy via grafana-kubernetes-app section. Also I am getting the same error.

Can any one help me in this regard.
