latest tag not updated

The latest tag for the docker image has not been updated in 2 years and does not reflect the latest version published. This tag is listed in the example manifests (in deployment/).

Thank you for the heads up. I hate the latest tag and wish I could just remove it. However, I'm concerned that some people have deployed the image.

It has now been manually updated to match 0.0.5

Fixed in #20 hopefully :)

Leaving this open until we actually do a build and can check.

Hey, just checking on this issue because I'm wanting to deploy #22 to my cluster but i don't think it is any of the latest images
