[helm] Migration guide from grafana/loki to grafana/loki-distributed

Requesting migration guide #7514 and flags #7331 (if any) to migrate from simple-scalable to loki-distributed.

The guide #7330 to migrate from loki-distributed is well documented; it would be helpful if a similar guide is provided for migrating to loki-distributed for a zero-downtime migration as we are running scalable in production and have tested with distributed in dev environment.

@jyotir-aditya-giri both the loki-scalable and loki-distributed Helm Charts are community supported. The loki Helm Chart is currently the only chart supported by Grafana Labs.

Why? (
The distributed deployment mode is much more flexible.
Enterprise doesn't need flexibility in loki management?
