Use a common AWS UI for the connection properties

Pull in the standard auth config section and uses a shared library with new auth methods, so that configuration is consistent between AWS plugins.

Since this plugin use the same SigV4 options as the elastic/prometheus ones we need to wait for that update and use the same solution here.
