Move non-metric based queries out of metric

When we deploy: #122 we will be creating a new Lucene Query Type field that can be metric or traces, however we still have a few query options that are under metric but they are not really metric queries. Specifically I believe Raw Data, Logs, and Raw Document(legacy) can be moved out of Metric and into lucene query type
