We should improve the eBPF profiler we have in original Pyroscope

TODO:

make current version we have in pyroscope cgo-less
move eBPF profiler to Grafana Agent
make sure service discovery works with k8s
make sure service discovery works with VMs
deploy it everywhere within Grafana
make it work with other languages
