bearer_token and tls_config for consumer

Hello!

I had a personal experimental test with prometheus-pulsar-remote-write.
Succeeded, Write to pulsar(https://pulsar.apache.org/) from prometheus server via prometheus remote write.
However, prometheus-pulsar-remote-write do not have function bearer_token and tls_config for send for prometheus remote write.
If this feature could be added, it would be very great. :-)
