Update point on map

This is more a question than a problem.
There is a device that sends its own geolocation to the server. The server calculates geocache and writes it to the DLD. So, the device is one, and there are several points on the map. If you permanently overwrite one point, it disappears after the time elapses.
It would be possible to use a filter and display only the last record, but there will be many such devices in me, that is, this solution does not fit.
How can this problem be solved?
And here is the question. Is it possible to make so that when you click on the label on the map you can switch to another dashboard?
