About Sea name on the Map

Hello.

In the "Sea Name" marking part of the map,
I know that the International Hydrographic Organization(IHO) has agreed to
introduce the revised "S-130" instead of the "S-23".

The key to the revised edition is to use a unique "Identification Number"
instead of the "Sea Name", and I want to ask if it can be changed.

I hope my opinion will be reflected.
