Smooth Camera Script Lags the game

Whenever I enable the smooth camera script, my FPS drops from 126 down to below 100. I have tried checking if the error was in PlayState, but I found nothing. I'm still not sure whether the error is my PC being a potato or if it is the engine itself. If you know anything about this or experience the same error and know how to fix it, please tell me.

(This lag has not affected me on other engines (including the base Psych Engine), but on Grafex it lags.

Edit: I am on the stable channel, not the raw channel.

There were too much changes for me to put in this, even summarized. But the important ones are: More options, HUD change (tested), Modified Main Menu and More achievements.

I used the script from MCM that had the note combo, and that script also had smooth camera. With Smooth camera enabled, the mentioned bug happens, but disabling it doesn't lag the game.

If you would like the .lua script, here. (Smooth Camera has been disabled temporarily, if you are going to test it, rename it to a .lua instead of .txt.)
