Original Reporter: srinivasarajui
Environment: Ubuntu 9.04, Netbeans 6.7.1, Groovy/Grails plugin 1.10.2
Version: 1.2-RC1
Migrated From: http://jira.grails.org/browse/GRAILS-5557

When I create a new Grails project and try to create a new domain class Netbeans will freeze.

I don't know if the problem is in Grails or in the Netbeans plugin. But if it is not a Grails problem it should be noted in the documentation that the Groovy/Grails plugin for Netbeans is not supported for Grails 1.2 at the moment.

This is because when we use a default package the grails system throws a warning message and waits for the user input.

netbeans bug. They need to update their IDE to pass -skipPackagePrompt

Unfortunatelly only createArtifact() has skipPackagePrompt param. There is imo no way how to use it from the command script as it is not considered/propagated. For example in this situation "grails create-domain-class Test" there is no way how to pass it down.
