What would you like to be added:

A Dockerfile to use the bot with docker for users who want it

Why is this needed:

Simple and fast way to use the bot on multiple platforms.
Personally I use this one with the Mangata launch script

In the README I've explained how Its' work (for the moment I've bind only a single config file) using volume.

Any suggestion are really appreciate, but I think It's a good base
