make ethereum-mainnet the first and then alphabetically order rest of the chains.

@saihaj I have the implementation of this ready, however it seems I do not have access rights to push to remote in this repo:

ERROR: Permission to graphprotocol/graph-tooling.git denied to joshuanazareth97.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

Is there another way you want me to raise a PR / can you give me the necessary rights?

@joshuanazareth97 Fork the repository to your own version and push your branch to your own fork. You can then open a PR here that ask to merge your's branch fork into this repository.
