Generated documentation hosted in the source repo does not provide any value for contributors, and it can be a source of confusion.

Tasks:

Create a new graphql-markdown.github.io (see documentation)
Update docusaurus settings for using / as base url
Regenerate the documentation with the new settings
Push the doc to the new repo
Update links in package repo and demo repo
