https://twitter.com/lanodan has several tweets that look like installation or requirements issues for running Gratipay, but they are in French. Not sure I can be much help.

But basically, he thinks that you can't get your own Gratipay instance up easily without Ubuntu or Docker. It may be related to the fact he's using a BananaPi and tries to install the less packages possible?

Okay, that's what I got from the translate tool in Tweetdeck. I guess we can wait and see if he contacts us directly.
