What would you like Teleport to do?

Reject CRs trying to manage already existing and unmanaged resources.

What problem does this solve?

Users might create CRDs and not realize they are not reconciled because something is already there.
They have to look at the status to know this.

If a workaround exists, please include it.

Monitor the metric of failed reconciliations.
