Unable to navigate to suggestion in EC2 Instance Add resource flow

Expected behavior:

The link would work as suggested possibly with a better explanation.

Current behavior:

If the user attempts to select the highlighted link this does not navigate. Also the explanation is not clear what this link is. The Add Resources options do not mention they are Teleport service installation.

• Teleport version: 15.3.0

• Recreation steps

  1. select to Add a EC2 Instance from Add Resources under Access mgmt
  2. Navigate to the Enroll Ec2 Instance
  3. Attempt to select the Teleport service installation.
