irregular behaviour rendering identical tagged objects

Problem:
​One multipolygon

type=multipolygon
landuse=farmmland

with two inner ways

landuse=orchard

One orchard gets rendered, the other not. —> Screenshot
Why?

Strange. Tagging seems fine.

This seems a duplicate or similar to an issue that I posted earlier:

@pnorman suspected this to be an osm2pgsql issue related to "old-style" multipolygons created from pre-existing tagged ways, with tags (automatically by osm2pqsql?) moved from outer ways to multipolygon relation, and inner polygons / closed ways not properly recreated (if I understood him well)...

I'm not sure how, but it seems this particular problem got solved in the meanwhile.
