Labels cut off when using Docker

When using the Docker setup with the the current main branch for testing many labels are cut off. This doesn't happen in the tiles from osm.org (displayed on the left).

Looks like this is the reason for the cut off labels in #4800.

Does anyone know what causes this issues or can reproduce the problem? Thanks!

Osm.org servers render a bigger area than "needed" by each tile to render correct icons and names at the tile border.
This overlap is than cropped.
Perhaps docker setup only renders features in the exact tile bounding box.
