The fix the README tells us to be required is not necessary anymore I think. The referenced bug mapnik/mapnik#1605 has been closed a year ago. Could you please update the README and fix the naming of the files in the TileMill project?

It was fixed and is in release v2.2.0 of mapnik, but we only require v2.1.0 or higher. So while we continue to support v2.1.x then the fix needs to stay.

OK, this is fine. Could you then add a note to the README that the fix is not required for v2.2.0 or higher anymore?
