Grbl sets up correctly but

It cones up with” cntrl X

no data from com port after connect.Expecting Grbl version string.

What am I doing wrong?

I downloaded a simple”GRBL” and opened it clicked on “OPEN” it comes up”CNTL X>

no data from com port after connect.Expecting Grbl version string.
And arduino library says”grbl.h no such library exit”
I have the “grbl.h” in documents.
How do i add it to arduino library?
