1. Change folder name "SeatPlan" to "BakaPlan"
2. Put there "index.html".
3. Home page, does not tell about the "purpose" of the software. Below moving image, add "a service to help in preparing seating plan for examination" "Click to Enter" needed to be changed:

"How to use" -> will take you to "User Guide"
"Start using" -> http://202.164.53.116/~mandeep/cgi-bin/bakaplan/branchdetails.html
"Get source code" -> https://github.com/GreatDevelopers/bakaplan
also put link to submit bug or feature request -> https://github.com/GreatDevelopers/bakaplan/issues/new

1. branchdetails.html page () has "Beta" same importance as "Title" of the project. Change it. "Beta" should be much smaller.
2. Column no. 4 i.e. "Subject Code" is going outside "central white portion" at least on my screen as well on LCD projector. It make some portion unreadable i.e. black text on black background

   Prepare "Seating Plan" for examinations
2. Make Beta dull.
3. Make links in footer a little attractive, may be different colour or background to alternate links
4. Change copyright to: Brought to you by GreatDevelopers under GPL [Link of Great Developers will points to Authors, and GPL to detail of Licence.] In authors make you as Developers, as me as Mentor and Manager
5. Make Readme file small with content move to Installation.txt and User Guide.
