Is there any difference, if one wishes to install it in Document Root of Web Server? Your documentation deals with installation in user's home folder.

I don't think about this but I will add some instructions while installation for this and also write script to do installation automatically.

In version 0.6, I am giving instructions to deal with public_html/cgi-bin only and other installation methods will add in next version.

Then it is not resolved. We need to put in at least "To Do" list.
