Add option to not transform filename casing

🚀 Feature Proposal

In our setup, it'd be useful if we could keep the original filename casing, perhaps with --filename-case keep or similar.

Motivation

We have some dynamic icons we need to import, so keeping the original filename casing for some of our icons is important/

Example

The --filename-case would get an extra option, keep or similar.

Pitch

It allows finer grained control of the output files produced by svgr and should be a relatively simple addition.
