The current pilot has an issue where it can't read the ModelState.Rda file after a model run. It likely has something to do with scoping/session access. For now, I simply noted it in the GUI so the user is aware of it. We need to fix this before getting into the major development work on the GUI/Visualizer. @gregorbj - may have some ideas about this as well.
