Can not test removing remote friends. If I remember correctly we just cut the ties on our end and leave it at that. That's how I built it at least, for better or for worse.

See remove branch
Deletes Friend and Follow objects
Not sure how to make it load /friends/ after deleting the objects. It still has /friends/remove/:name in the url. If someone could help me fix that then I 'think' this can be merged.
