The conversion currently assumes that all faces on the newly created grid have the same extrusion code. That is, it only works for hexs and tets at the moment, not for wedges, pyramids, etc. If one tries to perform the conversion for a case that violates this assumption, an error is issued by a @notimplemented

This should be fixed in v0.7.0 since we allow grids with different cell types. Closing.
