Allow low-level calls such as:

scrollTo() and animate using given curve (fn) → Expose manual scrollTo*() methods to public API #11
stop animation at any time → Allow stopping scrolling at any time programatically #10
change target at any time → Return an object from scrollTo*() which offers handling actions on current scrolling #12

keep current magic API for setup-and-forget scenario
