when i use vlc 2.1.5 with this url for hikvision camera
. rtsp://admin:admin123@192.168.1.64:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1
it gives me this error
. VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf".
but i test this url with vlc 3 ,
please help i cant test application .

I have the same error, This is because H265 was not supported at this time.

Configure your camera to output in H264 or MJPEG (in sub stream for example)
