This would be essential before launch (at least internally), in order to understand what's going on in a game / debug it.

"Spectator mode" means viewing a game in progress without participating.

Per game, create a link that enables spectating that game
When the game ends, the link shows "Game finished"
Anyone playing a game should be able to share a link
Admin page shows all running games + links to spectate in them
